This range of mobile dust and fume extractors is now optimised with nanofiber and ePTFE filter technology suited for longer cleaning intervals and a longer lifespan. Nanofiber is available as disposable filters for FilterCart+.
The Nederman FilterCart range is versatile due to its mobility, capacity and easy to use design which includes disposable or cleanable filters. These benefits make this range suitable to many different applications.
The FilterCart+ range now includes nanofiber technology for improved welding fume extraction. A nanofiber filter is a thin layer of synthetic fibres that is applied to the surface of proprietary filter base sheet. It is effective in capturing tiny particles that are usually easily inhaled by employees creating a safer working environment. With the small particles captured by this fibre, before it enters the base layer, makes these filters much easier to clean.
The benefits of nanofiber include cleaner air due to reduced emissions creating a healthier work environment; cost saving owing to longer filter lifespan with an increased dust holding capacity; and high productivity as a longer time between cleaning cycles results in less down time.
The Original FilterCart
The original Nederman FilterCart, available from Envirox, is suitable for use in all-industrial light-duty welding, odour and extraction applications. It is a mobile extractor that is easy to use and should a larger working range be needed a 3m arm can be added.
The FilterCart Carbon Odour extractor
This mobile unit, available from Envirox, is specifically designed for the extraction of odours during all applications such as solvents, fumes and other gas contaminants. Should maximum extraction efficiency be needed a Nederman extraction arm can be equipped with a HEPA filter.
